EB-5 is a U.S. immigration investment program. All investments carry risk, including possible loss of principal and immigration denial. This site provides educational information and refers interested investors to a licensed broker-dealer; it does not provide legal or investment advice.

Why families choose the EB-5 path

A U.S. Green Card opens doors that go far beyond the investment itself.

Permanent residency for your whole family

A single EB-5 investment can cover you, your spouse, and unmarried children under 21 β€” all obtaining lawful permanent residence together.

Live, work and study anywhere in the U.S.

No employer sponsorship, no job offer required. Green Card holders can work for any employer, start a business, or be self-employed anywhere in the country.

World-class education for your children

Green Card holders qualify for in-state tuition and have access to U.S. public schools and universities on the same terms as citizens.

A path to U.S. citizenship

After holding a Green Card for five years, investors and their families may become eligible to apply for U.S. citizenship.

A regulated, security-focused investment

EB-5 is a real capital investment in U.S. job-creating projects β€” not a donation or a fee. It is reviewed under U.S. securities and immigration law.

Minimum investment amounts

$800,000
Targeted Employment Area (rural or high-unemployment area)
$1,050,000
Standard area (outside a TEA)

Every EB-5 investment must create at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers within the required timeframe β€” this is verified by USCIS before a Green Card is approved.

What happens to your capital

Unlike a program fee or a donation, your EB-5 funds are a real capital investment in a job-creating U.S. business. They're structured to be returned to you once the required investment period (typically 5–7 years) concludes and the job-creation requirements are confirmed β€” though, as with any investment, principal is at risk and return is never guaranteed.

Regulated investment oversight

Once you decide to move forward, every recommendation is handled by a licensed broker-dealer bound by U.S. securities regulations β€” never an unlicensed promoter.

Rigorous project due diligence

Each investment opportunity is screened across more than 40 factors β€” financial projections, sponsor track record, background checks, and immigration risk β€” before it is offered to investors.

Objective, independent advice

Advisors are compensated to represent your interests, not to push a single project. You review multiple vetted opportunities before deciding.
